- We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions, and details accurately.
- Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and device screen differences.
- All sarees are handwoven and powerloom; minor weaving irregularities are natural and not considered defects.
- Orders are accepted only after full payment is confirmed.
- We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
- Orders once placed cannot be modified or canceled.
- We currently ship within India only.
- Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
- Customers must record a video while opening the parcel for any claim.
- Return courier charges must be paid by the customer.
- Refunds are processed within 2–5 working days after approval.
- Once approved, exchanges or replacements will be delivered within 10 working days from the date of confirmation.
- Coupon codes are valid for a limited time and may have specific conditions.
- Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
- All content, images, and designs on our website belong to Gadwal Handlooms.
