Our proprietor, Shri Dhiddi Narayana, began his journey not as a businessman, but as a weaver. For years he sat at the handloom, mastering the intricate art of the Gadwal saree — the delicate kuttu borders, the rich silk pallus, the patterns passed down through generations.
With skill in his hands and determination in his heart, he grew from a weaver working at the loom to the owner of Srilatha Gadwal Saree House. But success never took him away from his first love — even today, he still weaves sarees himself, keeping the craft alive in every sense.
