Shipping Policy
How Srilatha Gadwal Saree House packs, ships, and delivers every saree to your door.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship only within India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
- For special cases, write to orders@gadwalhandlooms.in.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
Courier Partners
- We ship through trusted partners like DTDC, Blue Dart, and other reliable couriers.
- The courier is chosen based on fastest delivery to your location.
Estimated Delivery Time
- After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days within Telangana & Andhra Pradesh, 3–5 working days to the rest of South India, and 4–7 working days to the rest of India.
- Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
Delays & Exceptions
- Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or festival traffic.
- If your order is delayed beyond the expected window, email orders@gadwalhandlooms.in with your order ID.
Packaging & Handling
- Every saree is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
- If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999. The ₹150 delivery charge is shown struck through at checkout, with FREE beside it.
- Orders below ₹999 carry a flat delivery charge of ₹150, shown clearly before you pay.
- A free-shipping coupon removes the charge whatever the order value.
Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- Track your shipment status anytime using that link.
Damaged or Missing Parcel
- Record an unboxing video before you open the parcel — without it the courier will not accept a damage claim.
- Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we take it up with the courier at our cost.
- If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, write to us within 48 hours and we raise a proof-of-delivery request.

- Sign in and open your order to follow a live timeline — picked up, in transit, out for delivery, delivered.
