How long does delivery take?
We usually dispatch your order within 1–2 working days of payment (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Delivery then takes 2–7 working days depending on your location.
Can I exchange the saree if I don’t like it?
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery, provided the saree is unused, in its original condition, and you have a continuous unboxing video. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
Are your sarees handloom?
Our collection includes certified handloom sarees as well as powerloom and semi ranges. Every product page states the weave. Sarees certified under the Handloom Mark or Silk Mark display the official logo on their product page and come with the original tag. Products without these logos are not certified handloom or pure silk.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking
Will the saree color look the same as in photos?
Yes, we use natural lighting for photos, but slight color variations may occur due to screen settings.
