Shipping Locations
- We currently ship only within India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
- For special cases, write to support@gadwalhandlooms.in.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.
- We do not process or ship orders on Sundays and public holidays.
Courier Partners
- We ship through trusted partners like DTDC, Blue Dart, and other reliable couriers.
- The courier is chosen based on fastest delivery to your location.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Orders typically arrive within 5–7 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
Delays & Exceptions
- Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or festival traffic.
- If your order is delayed beyond the expected window, email support@gadwalhandlooms.in with your order ID.
Packaging & Handling
- Every saree is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
- If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered during festival sales or coupon promotions.
Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- Track your shipment status anytime using that link.
